This policy describes how Studio Bee1 (סטודיו בי וואן, https://bee1.co.il, Israel) accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data through its internal application "Studio Bee1", which connects to the Google Ads API.
1. Who uses the application
The application is an internal tool used only by Studio Bee1 staff to manage and report on Google Ads accounts that Studio Bee1 manages on behalf of its clients. It is not offered to the public.
2. Data we access
With the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), granted by Studio Bee1's own Google account, the application reads data from Google Ads accounts that our clients have linked to our manager account or shared with us: account settings, campaign, budget, product and search-term performance, conversion-action settings, and keyword search-volume statistics. We do not request end users' personal information.
3. How we use it
Only to monitor, analyse and improve the advertising of the client who owns the account, and to report to that client.
4. Storage and security
Reports are stored on Studio Bee1's own computers and internal client files. OAuth tokens are stored locally and are not shared. Data is kept only as long as needed to provide our services to the client and is deleted on request or when the engagement ends.
5. Sharing
We do not sell Google user data and do not share it with third parties, except with the client who owns the account or where required by law. Studio Bee1's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Revoking access
A client can remove Studio Bee1's access at any time in Google Ads (Admin → Access and security, or by unlinking the manager account). Access granted to the application can be revoked at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
